In the Matter of Anthony Quiles, appellant,

v Dinorah Diaz, respondent.

(Docket Nos. V-9223-2022, V-979-2023)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Anthony Quiles from a purported order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 12, 2024. By order to show cause dated August 12, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 12, 2024, was issued in the above-entitled matter.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

DUFFY, J.P., CHRISTOPHER, GENOVESI and LANDICINO, JJ., concur.
