Application by Cheryl D. Uzamere pursuant to CPLR 5704(a) to vacate an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 19, 2024.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the application is transferred to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department for determination (see NY Const, art VI, § 4[i]); and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with this application shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department.
