Appeal by Nicholas Carter from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 2, 2024. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Daniel O. O'Brien, dated September 4, 2024, it is

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
