Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 2, 2023. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for leave to reargue a prior motion for the same relief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 26, 2024. Separate motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order and for leave to reargue the prior motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
