Appeals by Lauren A. Soto from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, both dated January 19, 2024, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 26, 2024, for failure to comply with a scheduling order dated February 21, 2024, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate the dismissal of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
