Motion by Anthony Jackson, Jr. to consolidate appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered December 9, 2021, and an order of the same court dated August 13, 2024, and for leave to prosecute the appeal from the order as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on application decided herewith, which denied leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated August 13, 2024.
