Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 25, 2023. The appeal by Sovereign Industries Group, Inc. was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by Jackson 2524, LLC and Zhong Wang Construction Services, Inc. to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of their appeal.
