Pakarek Law Group, P.C., having moved for leave to withdraw as petitioner's counsel in the proceeding transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Wyoming County, entered August 30, 2022, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as Pekarek Law Group, P.C., seeks leave to withdraw as counsel to petitioner is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension to file a reply brief is granted on the condition that the petitioner file and serve a reply brief on or before November 22, 2024.
