Motion by appellant for a stay of the trial pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, Fourth District, dated June 18, 2024, and for, in effect, summary reversal.

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking a stay of the trial is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking, in effect, summary reversal is denied.
