Motion by appellant for, in effect, leave to reconstruct missing portions of the record on an appeal from a final judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Second District, entered December 11, 2023, and for the issuance of a subpoena.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking the issuance of a subpoena is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking, in effect, leave to reconstruct missing portions of the record is denied without prejudice to appellant, if he be so advised, moving in the District Court to reconstruct the missing portions of the record.
