Appeal from an order of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, dated May 24, 2024.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
Appellant is not aggrieved by so much of the order as imposed sanctions on appellant's attorney (see CPLR 5511; Scopelliti v Town of New Castle, 92 NY2d 944 [1988]). The remainder of the order is not appealable as of right (see CPL 450.10) and leave to appeal (see CPL 450.15) has not been granted.
