Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 11, 2023, and an order of the same court dated August 1, 2023. Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeals. Cross-motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the appeals were not timely perfected.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross-motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 15, 2024, the appellant shall serve and file the record or appendix and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and the appellants' brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellants' brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross-motion is denied.
