Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 13, 2022, and March 17, 2023, respectively. Motion by the respondent, in effect, to reargue his motion to consolidate the appeals and to extend the time to serve and file a brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 28, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
