ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 11, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 25, 2022, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 11, 2024" and substituting therefor the date "November 12, 2024."
