ORDERED that the captions of the scheduling order dated August 26, 2024, and the order on certification of this Court dated September 6, 2024, in the above-entitled matter are amended to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2024-07758, as set forth above; and it is further,
ORDERED that the preamble paragraphs of the scheduling order dated August 26, 2024, and the order on certification of this Court dated September 6, 2024, are amended to recite the appeal by Brian John Roe, Jr. from an order of the same court dated July 11, 2024, as set forth above.
