DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 19, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2024, the appellants were directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment with notice of entry, on or before March 11, 2024. The appellants have not filed the supplemental record. By order to show cause dated July 26, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2024.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied on condition that on or before November 15, 2024, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment dated September 19, 2019, with notice of entry, via NYSCEF, of applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
