Appeals from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 17, 2023, and an order of the same court dated June 2, 2023. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court dated July 28, 2009, including the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the judgment is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
