Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 18, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order and all proceedings in the above-entitled proceeding, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant to return payment of Brandon D.'s Social Security Disability benefits to the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order and all proceedings in the above-entitled proceeding, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant to return Brandon D.'s Social Security Disability benefits to the appellant, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
