Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated May 12, 2023.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Thomas F. Fanelli, Jr., assigned as attorney for the child by the Family Court, Westchester County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to the new attorney for the child, herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:

and it is further,

ORDERED that the attorney for the child is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
