DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated May 12, 2023.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Thomas F. Fanelli, Jr., assigned as attorney for the child by the Family Court, Westchester County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to the new attorney for the child, herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:

and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and on or before November 22, 2024, the attorney for the child shall serve and file a brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the attorney for the child is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
