Appeal from the denial of an application to sign an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, which occurred on March 7, 2024, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 8, 2024. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion dated July 8, 2024.
