It is hereby ORDERED that Sarah Holt, Esq., Monroe County Conflict Defender, 16 East Main Street, Suite 600, Rochester, New York 14604, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered August 30, 2024, in place and stead of Julie Cianca, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Sarah Holt, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
