Defendants-respondents Michael Goldstein and Richard Goldstein having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered May 10, 2022,and for other relief, and Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an extension of time to submit opposition to the motion,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff-appellant's motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to submit papers opposing defendants' motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion to dismiss is rescheduled to Monday, November 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
