Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered February 29, 2024, June 14, 2024, July 25, 2024, August 1, 2024, August 9, 2024 and August 19, 2024, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation is granted, and the appeals bearing the above-referenced docket numbers are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as petitioner seeks access to all documents filed in this Court in the appeals is denied as unnecessary on the ground that petitioner may access any documents filed in this Court through the Court's library, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion to the extent it seeks clarification of docket numbers is denied as unnecessary, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks clarification of deadlines to perfect the appeals is denied (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]), and
