Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Wayne County, entered July 3, 2023, and the Attorney for the Children having moved for an order permitting him to withdraw the brief filed on behalf of the children and to file a new brief, assigning new counsel for one of the children, and permitting new counsel to file a brief on behalf of that child,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the brief filed by the Attorney for the Children is deemed withdrawn, the Attorney for the Children is relieved of his assignment, and new counsel will be assigned for each child (see Rules of Professional Conduct [22 NYCRR 1200.0] rule 1.9), and

It is further ORDERED that Michael Caputo, Esq., 2024 West Henrietta Road, Suite 3C, Rochester, New York 14623, is hereby assigned as attorney for the younger child and may submit a brief on or before November 22, 2024, and

It is further ORDERED that Susan Gray, Esq., 101 Newburg Avenue, Catonsville, Maryland 21228, is hereby assigned as attorney for the older child and may submit a brief in response to all appellant's briefs within thirty days of the date of service of the brief of the attorney for the younger child.
