Appeal by Estate of Ralph Stewart Gallagher from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 8, 2024. Application by Eco Stubblefield and Charles Gallagher, as administrators of the estate of Ralph Stewart Gallagher, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Catherine Gallagher, former administrator of the estate of Ralph Stewart Gallahger, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Eco Stubblefield and Charles Gallagher, as administrators of the estate of Ralph Stewart Gallagher, are substituted for the deceased appellant Catherine Gallagher, former administrator of the estate of Ralph Stewart Gallahger, and the caption is amended accordingly.
