DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 18, 2024. By order to show cause dated March 8, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceeding on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 383-c and Family Court Act § 1055-a (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
