Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered February 9, 2022. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before December 27, 2024; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original copy of the supplemental brief, by mail, and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
