On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 25, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 11, 2018, and a judgment of the same court entered September 21, 2018, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 9, 2022, is amended by deleting from the second sentence thereof the words "Motion by the respondent" and substituting therefor the words "Motion by the appellants."
