| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 1, 2024. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order and, in effect, to direct that the respondent Shanel W. have visitation with the subject children in accordance with the terms of the order of disposition of the same court dated August 24, 2023, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, and the respondent Shanel W. shall have visitation with the subject children in accordance with the terms of the order of disposition dated August 24, 2023, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
