Appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Rockland County, dated November 21, 2023, and April 1, 2024, respectively, and a decree of the same court dated June 26, 2024. The appeal from the order dated November 21, 2023, was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated November 21, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeal from the order dated November 21, 2023, with the appeals from the order dated April 1, 2024, and the decree, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated November 21, 2023, are denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeal from the order dated April 1, 2024, with the appeal from the decree is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
