Appeals from three orders of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated February 2, 2024, April 29, 2024, and June 12, 2024, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to prohibit the respondent-respondent from filing certain material. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled proceeding, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and, in effect, for summary reversal of the order dated June 12, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to prohibit the respondent-respondent from filing certain material and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled proceeding, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and, in effect, for summary reversal of the order dated June 12, 2024, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
