2024-11208, 2024-11210 Jennifer Mills, appellant, v Greater Bright Light Home Care Services, Inc., respondent. (Index No. 40462/2002)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from the denials of two applications to sign orders to show cause of the Supreme Court, Kings County, which occurred on September 12, 2024, and July 8, 2024, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from the denials of applications to sign orders to show cause (see Khanal v Sheldon, 74 AD3d 894; Matter of Astoria Gas Turbine Power, LLC v Tax Commn. of City of N.Y., 14 AD3d 553; CPLR 5701).
