| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, to "reopen" a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, in effect, in the nature of prohibition to prohibit the respondent Ira H. Margulis, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Queens County, from following an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 28, 2015, issued in a criminal action entitled People v Walker, under Indictment No. 423/1984.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
