Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 9, 2024. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order and to enjoin the respondent Silverman Shin & Schneider, PLLC from disbursing certain funds held in escrow, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
