Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 14, 2023 (two orders), and December 21, 2023, respectively, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
