Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated May 23, 2023. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of a judgment of the same court dated March 19, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241), without costs or disbursements.
