Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 5, 2023. Motion by the nonparty-appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed the sale of the shares of the cooperative apartment held by the nonparty-appellant to the respondent Harway Terrace, Inc., pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the enforcement of so much of the order as directed the sale of the shares of the cooperative apartment held by the nonparty-appellant to the respondent Harway Terrace, Inc. is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
