DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Proceeding pursuant to Mount Vernon City Charter § 120 to review a determination of the Mount Vernon Commissioner of Public Safety, dated December 28, 2023. Motion by the petitioner to extend the time to perfect the proceeding.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
