DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered November 22, 2022. Motion by the respondent to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcript of the proceeding which occurred on October 28, 2022, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll is denied as unnecessary as the transcript of the proceeding which occurred on October 28, 2022, is properly part of the judgment roll, and on or before December 13, 2024, the respondent shall upload a digital copy of the transcript of the proceeding which occurred on October 28, 2022, through the digital portal on this Court's website, to be filed as an exhibit on the appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to file a brief is granted, and on or before December 13, 2024, the respondent shall serve and file the respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
