Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered March 28, 2022. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before December 13, 2024; and it is further,
