Motion by appellant for a stay of eviction pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Town of Carmel, Putnam County, entered March 14, 2024, and incorrectly described in the notice of appeal as having been entered April 18, 2024. Separate motion by appellant to extend the time to serve the stay motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
