2007-02260 In the Matter of Nancy E. O'Brien, a disbarred attorney. (Attorney Registration No. 2907889)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Nancy E. O'Brien for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. O'Brien was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 30, 1998. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 11, 2007, O'Brien was disbarred based on her conviction of a felony, and her name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law (see Matter of O'Brien, 45 AD3d 151).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Nancy E. O'Brien does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS, and CHAMBERS, JJ., concur.
