(Attorney Registration No. 2808350)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Richard J. Zimmerman for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Zimmerman was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 30, 1997. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 27, 2013, Zimmerman was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing April 26, 2013 (see Matter of Zimmerman, 106 AD3d 20).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Richard J. Zimmerman does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.

LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and WARHIT, JJ., concur.
