Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 29, 2024. Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to include certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the record to include the Criminal Court complaint and the NYPD Complaint Report which were submitted to the Supreme Court as Exhibits B and C-2 to the affidavit of Craig Gottlieb dated October 28, 2023, and the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on December 13, 2023, are denied as unnecessary as this material is properly part of the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
