| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 9, 2024. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of Amended Building Permit No. 2020-0214 issued by the respondent Reed Karen, and to enjoin the respondent Highpoint Rock, LLC, from continuing all construction work pursuant to Amended Building Permit No. 2020-0214 at the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
