(Attorney Registration No. 2277457)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Lester E. Ozimkowski for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ozimkowski was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 19, 1989, under the name Lester Edward Ozimkowski. By opinion and order of this Court dated February 9, 2022, Ozimkowski was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, effective March 11, 2022 (see Matter of Ozimkowski, 204 AD3d 20).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Lester E. Ozimkowski, admitted as Lester Edward Ozimkowski, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, CONNOLLY, BRATHWAITE NELSON and GENOVESI, JJ., concur.
