Appeal and cross-appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 3, 2023, and appeal from an order of the same court dated December 21, 2023. The appeal by Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc., and the cross-appeal by Infinity Elevator Company, Inc., were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by Crystal Mack Simpson to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
