DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 9, 2019, August 19, 2019 (two orders), April 26, 2021, and June 14, 2021, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Michael Kaszubski, Esq., assigned as attorney for the children by the Family Court, Nassau County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to the new attorney for the children, herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the children:

and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and on or before December 20, 2024, the attorney for the children shall serve and file a brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the attorney for the children is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
