Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 9, 2022. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appeal was not timely perfected following service upon the appellants of a notice pursuant to CPLR 321(c) to appoint new appellate counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs and disbursements.
