| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION . |
Motion by the respondent pursuant to CPLR 2221(d) for leave to reargue a motion for the imposition of reciprocal discipline, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated March 13, 2024, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on August 19, 2015. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 13, 2024, the respondent was disbarred from the practice of law (see Matter of Liebowitz, 226 AD3d 117).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
